We offer 12 different wines at Fox Meadow Winery ranging from sweet wines to the very dry

Red Wines:
Sweet
Freezeland Red - This light red wine has a unique blend of the Portuguese varietals, Tinta Cao and Touriga, and Spanish Tempranillo. Its light and fruity flavor combined with a 5% residual sugar makes it a great sipping or patio wine.
 
Dry
2006 Fox Meadow Vineyards Merlot - Forward dried blackberry and mature raspberry fruit with hints of truffles in the background. A slight slate and mineral quality with a caressing dark chocolate finish make this wine interesting. Balanced, intricate, full lingering and fun.
 
2006 Fox Meadow Winery Cabernet Franc - This Fox Meadow Winery Cabernet Franc is the second wine label of Fox Meadows and offers a bright cherry, plum and pomegranates aromas exude from this nice light ruby non-demanding and cellar softened red wine. Blueberry dominantly exude on the palate beyond the mélange of mixed fruit flavors
 
2006 Fox Meadow Vineyards Estate Series Cabernet Franc – Flamboyant, silky and savory cherry fruit with approaching nuances of raisin, white chocolate and sweet tobacco. Coffee, vanilla, white pepper and a lively currant finish make this one a big Cabernet Franc The wine as aged an extended time in the cellar so you won’t have to.
 
2006 Fox Meadow Vineyards Le Renard Rouge – Vivacious gooseberry, black current, licorice, chocolate pudding and enchanting pleasant touch of fresh baked bread aromas integrate to start your tasting of Fox Meadow’s best ! Persistent velvety fruit gain density with each swirl and sip. Gorgeous cashmere textured tannins provide overall structure, palate weight and unrelenting finesse marking this wine.

White Wines
Sweet
Freezeland White - The initial aromas as one approaches this wine is one of Raspberries. This lively fruity white wine is a unique blend of early harvest Viognier and Rkatsiteli, a Russian varietal. A taste of apple tones can be sensed, but the wine finishes with a taste of apricots. This light and fruity flavor combined with a 4% residual sugar makes it a great sipping, or patio wine. The hotter the weather the better it tastes!
 
Semi-Dry
2007 Fox Meadow Vineyards Pinot Gris – Gorgeous melon, mango and pear lead your interest aromatically toward this wine. This refreshingly balanced wine is bright, vivid and unmatched in the weaving of the elegant fruit towards flavors
 
2007 Fox Meadow Vineyards Riesling - Kiwi, Pineapple, Honeysuckle and sweet orange rind essence erupt from the wineglass to enticingly tantalize the nose making this wine a great match for many dishes.
 
Dry
2007 Fox Meadow Winery Mason du Bois Chardonnay - Delightfully delicate! Elegant melon, silky tropical fruits, guava and minerality marry both in the nose and on the palate. It has a silkiness and balance rarely seen.
 
2006 Fox Meadow Vineyards Oak Chardonnay- This barrel fermented wine exhibits a modest pineapple and tropical fruit battle in a luscious oak tone. This estate grown Chardonnay exhibits hand harvesting, gentle pressing and refined cellar aging.
 
2007 Fox Meadow Vineyards Pinot Grigio – This very ripe and graceful wine has a subtle orange blossom with a gentle hint of sweet pink grapefruit taste. Nectarine prevails on the palate .to make this a joyful, easy, and balanced sipping wine.
