Freezeland Red - A myriad of abundant dark stone fruits, leading with plums, make the nose of the wine outstanding. The plum and prune combine with blackberry and brambles to give a pleasing confirmation of the aromatic anticipation. Licorice and anise follow in the finish. Kick back with this non-demanding easy going and enjoyable red…..then relax.
Red Wines – Dry
2009 FMW Syrah - Mulled blueberry, brambles and spiced currants laced with fig bread and granite are in the forefront of this plush gem. The mid palate shows a touch of classic smoke pushing forth into a polished, dense and silky finish making this a true to varietal Syrah. Complex, refined and hand crafted.
2010 Chambourcin – Bright ripe plum, boysenberry and violets elegantly intertwine to lure you with aromatic bliss. Mellow, extracted and cashmere soft flavors firmly support this elegant well balanced outstanding wine on the palate. Easy going while being regal and opulent.
2008 FMV Merlot - Deep, rich, Damson fruit flavors combine with bold blackberry and soft plum on the initial aroma. Flavors express the same fruit with a subtle slate, chimney suit and Guava flavors in the background. A rich, full and clean Bordeaux style wine that will compete with them!
2008 FMW Cabernet Franc – Perfectly ripe black cherry aromas mixed with chocolate excite your nose. Blackberry and blueberry flavors carve their way forward on the palate. The complex finish exudes elegant perfectly ripe plum – tannins and all! Minutely low levels of tobacco and tea make the wine complex and interesting. Exciting, rich and rare!
2009 FMV Cabernet Franc Reserve- Grapy fresh fruit pleasantly entangled with bing cherry, brambles and fresh toasty nuances from the oak tantalize the nose. These fruits plus white pepper, and a slight char from the oak marry with cashmere soft tannins on the palate. A classic high end Fruit driven Reserve Cab Franc with lots going on! Outstanding!!
2008 Le Renard Rouge- A Meritage blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Concentrated black cherry, dense stewed fruits and crushed ripe damsons marry unbelievably well in the handcrafted jewel. The soft Bordeaux like structure resembles their European elegance, style and charm. The fruits continue to hold the oak back until right near the finish and then the fresh toasty oak gently reveals itself forward. Enticing, complex and enjoyable.
2009 Le Renard Rouge – Commonwealth Quality Alliance Wine - Expansive aromas of boysenberry, ripe blackberry and mulled currants dial in perfectly on the nose. The coveted balanced and seamless palate flavors boast blackberry, dark braised fig while meandering into a finish of overripe crushed pomegranate. For those that like to dig deeper – look for the licorice, mocha and a hint of white pepper. Attractive, complex, firm and impeccably balanced.

Freezeland White - Buckets of blossoming roses, honeysuckle and hints of citrus rind pounce forward in the aroma. Mouthwatering white peach and delicious fresh apple glide on the palate of this sleek white wine all packaged around a balance of acidity and sweetness. This lively fruity white wine is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Vidal, and Rkatsiteli, a Georgian varietal.

2010 FMV Riesling – Succulent honeydew melon and fresh fleshy peach nectar plow forth on the aromatics. You want more ! The same pronounced fruit is competed against on the finish with that exquisite Fox Meadow minerality that reaffirms these fine grape growing rocky soils. Refreshing; elegant and succulent!
2010 FMV Pinot Gris - Lavish orange citrus bursts, from this weighty and focused jewel. Outrageously pure honeysuckle. Hints of quince round this fabulous wine and the lavish finish leaves you craving more. Brisk, perky and ripe.
White Wines – Dry
2010 FMV Le Renard Gris - “The Grey Fox” is a blend of Chardonnay, Vidal and Pinot Grigio. Lush star fruit accented with apricot and ripe passion fruit lead the palate. A slate and sleek minerality add to the soft, complex and invitingly pure finish. A regal wine for everyone to enjoy. Bright; jazzy yet noble.
2010 FMV Oak Chardonnay - Volumes of melon fruits and toasty oak aromas. Hints of quince flirt on the palate during and after tasting. Subtle yet powerfully big yielding a classily perfumed Chardonnay. Pay attention to the refined toasty finish that lingers on the palate for five minutes or more. Big!!
