On August 28 we will hold our “first ever” Wine Dinner at Fox Meadow Winery.  Beginning at 6:30 PM this four course meal will include a selection of current and library wines. This dinner is available to the public. The cost is $85.00 per person which includes the dinner, wine, tax and gratuities. 

Listed below is the Menu for the dinner which will be prepared and served by the Apple House.

• Four Canapés: Smoked Salmon, Parmesan Mushroom, Pesto & Roasted Red Pepper, Shrimp Carrington
• Edible Flower, herb, and baby greens salad with grape tomatoes, seedless cucumbers, cheeses, toasted pine nuts, and dates with your choice of Green Goddess dressing or Strawberry Vinaigrette
• Scalloped Potatoes with fresh thyme, Green Beans almondine and a Combination: Sliced Beef Tenderloin with a Fox Meadow Cab Franc red wine mushroom sauce and Marinated Shrimp 
• “George’s Famous” Cheese Cake with fresh fruit
