White Wines

Sweet

Freezeland White – The initial aromas as one approaches this wine is one of Raspberries. This lively fruity white wine is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Rkatsiteli, a Georgian varietal. A taste of apple tones can be sensed, but the wine finishes with a taste of apricots. This light and fruity flavor combined with a 4% residual sugar makes it a great sipping, or patio wine.

Semi-Dry

2008 FMV Pinot Gris – Lush Kiwi, green apples and white peach marry with rose petals and slate on the aroma.  The clean citrus and honeydew palate is refined, full and rich.  A pleasingly graceful dry style wine.

2008 FMV Riesling – Regal and delicate!  Maderin orange, rose pedals and a sweet honeysuckle aroma all flirtingly weave and dance.  The round succulent palate oozes orange marmalade, orange sorbet, slate and honey flavors.  This wine has a firm palate fruit structure with a slight, fascinating  marshmallow finish.

Dry

2008 FMV Pinot Grigio – Succulent cotton candy and focused citrus aromas yield way to a lush white peach and a slight polished pear flavor.  This balanced, dry and fragrant forward wine has so much juicy fruit character everyone will enjoy.

2008 FMV Le Renard Gris – A succulent and elegant blend with unbelievable finesse.  This tropical mélange blends with juicy cantaloupe flavors on the palate and in the aroma.  A mellow sophisticated focused wine which is amazingly complex and to be savored.  Striking!

2007 FMV Oak Chardonnay – Sumptuous ripe Chardonnay fruit combined with premium oak casks balance this creamy toasty fruit forward style of wine.  Lingering ripe pear and peach combine with the judiciously balance fruit and oak.
