Special Celebration Packages
If you are interested in having our assistance in planning and coordinating a special event such as a proposal, elopement or a special occasion like a birthday surprise, please review the following options we have prepared. Birthday Package: Pavilion Celebration (Starting at $325)
Enjoy a private birthday celebration in one of our pavilions located in the vines with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We will set the table for the total number of guests (Please note that our pavilions comfortably seat up to 8-10 people) including a linen tablecloth and a seasonal flower arrangement that will be yours to take home to enjoy. The package includes two bottles of Fox Meadow wine, a large charcuterie board and a birthday treat that will be complete with a candle for you to make a wish.
Proposal Package: Pavilion in the Vines (Starting at $250)
We will set a table for two complete with an arrangement of seasonal flowers and a linen tablecloth inside one of our secluded pavilions located in the vines with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can propose in the pavilion or during a walk through the vines. After you pop the question, you will enjoy a bottle of your choice of Fox Meadow wine together to savor the moment along with a small charcuterie board and sweet treat. Our team will provide all set-up and coordination leading up to and on the day of. This package is available during our business hours. If you would like to arrange to propose during the golden hour or at sunset, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Proposal Package: Tasting Room Overlook (Starting at $175)
You are welcome to propose during regular business hours on the vineyard overlook deck with a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This package would include a bottle of Fox Meadow wine of your choice, a small charcuterie board and sweet treat. We will reserve our gazebo table for you, cover the table with a linen tablecloth and a seasonal flower arrangement to take home with you.
Photography at Fox Meadow
If you would like to bring a professional photographer to the vineyard for photos, this needs to be arranged in advance and there is a $100 per hour photography location fee. This is due to ensuring that we pause our farm operations during the time you are taking photos. We also need to make sure we have the area cleared and appropriate landscaped in advance of your photo shoot.
