REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. However, we will replace or refund to the customer payment for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or incorrectly ordered wine. Please send an email to info@foxmeadowwinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Upon receipt of the damaged wine, we will refund via the credit card account used for the purchase of the wine, less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged in shipment you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our website. When you place an order or provide us with personal information, we use it for internal or service related purposes only. The information we collect is used to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, or special offers and events we think you'll find valuable. This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond the support staff of our website and winery, except when required by Law Enforcement investigation.

By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty-one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract. If the Customer does not accept all the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. It is further understood that these terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

Periodically Fox Meadow Winey emails a newsletter to our customers. If you have chosen to opt into our mailing list for newsletters, or marketing emails, and subsequently decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe selection at the bottom of the newsletter that will remove you from our email list. SHIPPING INFORMATION
If wines will be shipped, we ship using UPS and an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine delivery.
