100% Chardonnay

Élevage refers to the process of nurturing wine between fermentation and bottling and our 2024 Élevage Chardonnay has been barrel aged for eleven months on the lees with frequent stirring to develop a delicate and balanced Chardonnay. There are subtle aromatic tones of white peach, apple, quince, ripe persimmon, pineapple and white pepper – all contributing to an aromatic orchestra. The palate provides zippy hints of juicy mango nicely balanced with soft oak.

100% Chardonnay

This is a lovely, austere and elegant Virginia Chardonnay in a Chablis-style. There are aromas of melon combined with a flinty mineral undertone. The palate brings forth more ripe cantaloupe, fresh guava, crushed peach and subtle toasty oak qualities.

100% Pinot Grigio

Star fruit, crushed white cherry and lychee aromatically dance this white wine to your nose. The palate flourishes with tropical papaya, ripe mango and a slight banana quality with just a touch of white pepper. This is a fruit forward wine with a superb balance of acidity and sweetness.

46% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Grigio, and 8% Vidal Blanc

Crisp lively grapefruit aromas lead this wine following into pineapple, white cherry, and mandarin orange notes. This dry white blend has a non-sweet honey toned finish married with white peach and a memorable silky-smooth finish that pleasantly lingers. Overall, this wine has a youthful but classic flavor profile and appeal.

100% Petit Manseng

This is an austere full-bodied Petit Manseng with subtle apple, pear, quince and citrus rind aromas. The palate is firm and viscous while full and rich with tropical notes of pineapple and cantaloupe with a nuance of vanilla and coconut flirting in the background.

100% Chardonnay

Bright pear, lush peach and flirtations of tropical mango all merge in an awesome and enjoyable aroma. Each sip unfolds into stone fruits, green apple, lemon rind and a slight lychee finish. This unoaked Chardonnay is fruit forward, balanced and refreshing.

This stainless steel Chardonnay is opulent, fresh, and bursting with aromas of blooming honeysuckle, ripe peach, and hints of Bartlett pear, this wine offers a beautifully expressive nose. On the palate this wine has notes of sweet peach, crushed star fruit, and mango. This vibrant estate-grown wine is tropical at its core with a refreshing balance of acidity and sweetness.

65% Vidal Blanc/23% Chardonnay/12% Pinot Grigio

Our off-dry blend has aromatics of guava, ripe cantaloupe and crushed pineapple with slight but vibrant notes of honeycomb and lychee in the background. The palate yields into a pleasant herbal spiced honey flavor accented by cumquats and springtime blossoms.

65% Pinot Grigio/35% Chardonnay

This semi-sweet white has aromas of guava, mango, honeydew and honeysuckle that immediately grasp your attention. The flavors reinforce the aromas but are also escalated with pineapple and lightly candied tangerine rind flavors. This is a fun, elegant and slightly sweet easy sipping wine.

Our new Pêche Blanc is an elegant and refreshing peach infused wine. Made with our Vidal Blanc and a touch of natural peach essence, this is an easy going and flavorful wine with just the right amount of sweetness. The aroma takes you to a tree lined street in Seville with the scent of orange blossoms in the air. There is a lovely and subtle peach flavor along and a hint of almond essence on the finish. You can enjoy sipping this wine on its own or pair it with a spicy dish, barbeque foods, creamy brie or dessert.

97% Cabernet Franc/1% Cabernet Sauvignon/1% Merlot/1% Petit Verdot

A luscious ripe fruit aroma of strawberry, plum and nectarine greet the nose with great allure. The light and refreshing palate is just what you expect in this dry and flavorful rosé to sip and savor while relaxing.

80% Cabernet Franc, 20% Crimson Cabernet

A simple yet complex wine with a pleasing potpourri of aromas showing bright raspberry, ripe persimmon and a pleasant hint of Earl Grey tea. The palate unfolds with soft blueberry, slight woodsy oak tones and whispers of raspberry scone. One of our most unique wines to be savored, sipped and enjoyed.

62.5% Chambourcin /12.5% Cabernet Franc /12.5% Merlot /12.5% Crimson Cabernet

Blackberry, brambles, plum skin, and a touch of blueberry scone greet the nose in this delightfully easy red wine. The palate gives way to flavors of plum, pomegranate, mocha with vanilla and a slight toastiness. Firm tannins and a soft mouthfeel make this good for any situation.

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot

A classic, vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon with focus and concentrated fruit flavors. Intense aromatics of pomegranate, Bing cherry, and fresh blueberry lift from the glass. On the palate, that signature Cabernet acidity carries juicy blueberry and red fruit, framed by a touch of sandalwood and subtle, toasty oak. Soft, polished tannins bring everything into balance for a long, confident finish.

100% Merlot

Scents of ripe blueberry, blackberry and plum skins attract your attention on the nose. The palate reinforces these exquisite aromas with additions of black cherry, cranberry and lovely soft tannins followed by subtle lingering oak notes.

100% Cabernet Franc

This is a classic Fox Meadow Reserve Cabernet Franc that we have all come to adore. Raspberry jam, crushed bing cherry and stewed damsons marry with cracked pepper, butterscotch and a slight pleasing chimney soot aroma. The regal palate steps up the experience with premium oak, rich vanilla and star anise all elegantly supporting the fruit.

80% Cabernet Franc/15% Cabernet Sauvignon/3% Petit Verdot/2% Merlot

Our pinnacle blend, this wine showcases rich, evolved aromas of black cherry, chocolate cordial, and blackberry jam. On the palate, layers of toasty oak, damson plum, and delicate hints of cedar, tar, and cigar box add depth and sophistication. Concentrated and harmonious, it offers the structure and polish of a classic Bordeaux-style blend — elegant, expressive, and beautifully refined.

44% Petit Verdot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc

This elegant and refined Bordeaux style red blend has aromas of ripe crushed plum skins, concentrated blackberry, bright blueberry and subtle oak that sneaks past it all. The 2022 vintage has a wonderful palate of cashmere black currant, blueberry tart, black cherry, and wild berry. Black pepper, oak and a slight flintiness add additional complexity. Overall, this wine is full bodied, focused, and refined.

85% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc

This is a thick and rich Petit Verdot, it has layers of boysenberry, stone fruit, and elegant vanilla. Oak and complex tannins finish off this concentrated, juicy, robust wine.
